El enlace expira en 24 horas. Si no lo usaste a tiempo, podés solicitar uno nuevo desde la pantalla de login: iniciá sesión con tu email, y cuando aparezca el aviso de cuenta no verificada, hacé clic en "Reenviar email de verificación".
The link expires in 24 hours. If you didn't use it in time, you can request a new one from the login screen: try signing in with your email, and when the unverified account notice appears, click "Resend verification email".

Navegación inteligente: los módulos de Vacunas, Desparasitación, Historial, Resultados, Gastos y Calendario se deshabilitan automáticamente en el menú inferior cuando no hay ninguna mascota seleccionada. Se activan en cuanto seleccionás una mascota desde la sección Mascotas o desde el Dashboard.
Smart navigation: the Vaccines, Deworming, History, Results, Expenses and Calendar modules are automatically disabled in the bottom menu when no pet is selected. They activate as soon as you select a pet from the Pets section or from the Dashboard.

Desde la vista agenda, tocá el botón "Marcar como realizado" en cualquier evento — incluso en eventos vencidos con fecha pasada. La app pedirá confirmar la fecha real de realización antes de guardar.
From the agenda view, tap the "Mark as done" button on any event — including overdue events with a past date. The app will ask you to confirm the actual completion date before saving.

Se abre un modal con la fecha de hoy preseleccionada. Podés cambiarla a la fecha real en que se realizó el evento.

El evento aparece en el filtro "Completado"
The event appears in the "Completed" filter
El filtro "Completado" muestra todos los eventos marcados, sin importar si la fecha del evento es pasada o futura.
The "Completed" filter shows all marked events, regardless of whether the event date is past or future.
Eventos vencidos marcables: si un evento quedó sin registrar en su momento, podés marcarlo como realizado ahora e indicar la fecha correcta. Quedará registrado en el historial con la fecha real.
Overdue events can be marked done: if an event was missed at the time, you can mark it as done now and enter the correct date. It will be recorded in history with the actual date.
Plan gratuito: podés agendar hasta 3 eventos manuales en el calendario. Las vacunas y desparasitaciones agendadas desde sus propios formularios no cuentan hacia ese límite. Para eventos ilimitados, activá el plan Premium.
Free plan: you can schedule up to 3 manual events in the calendar. Vaccines and deworming scheduled from their own forms do not count toward this limit. For unlimited events, activate the Premium plan.

¿Mis datos están seguros? ▾
Sí. Todos los datos se almacenan en servidores seguros. Las contraseñas se guardan encriptadas y nunca en texto plano. La comunicación entre la app y el servidor usa HTTPS. No vendemos ni compartimos tus datos con terceros.
¿Qué pasa si perdí mi contraseña? ▾
Podés recuperarla desde la pantalla de login haciendo clic en "¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?". Recibirás un correo con un link para crear una nueva contraseña.
¿Qué hago si no recibo el email de verificación? ▾
Primero revisá la carpeta de spam o correo no deseado. Si no está ahí, intentá iniciar sesión con tu email: cuando aparezca el aviso de cuenta no verificada, verás el botón "Reenviar email de verificación". Hacé clic en él y recibirás un nuevo enlace válido por 24 horas. Si seguís sin recibirlo, contactanos en soporte@nathipetcare.com.
¿Puedo usar la app sin conexión a internet? ▾
La app requiere conexión para sincronizar datos. Sin embargo, al estar instalada como PWA, algunas pantallas pueden cargarse desde el caché del navegador.
¿Cómo cancelo mi suscripción Premium? ▾
Podés cancelar en cualquier momento desde la sección "Acerca de" → botón "Cancelar suscripción". La cancelación es efectiva al finalizar el período actual: seguirás teniendo acceso Premium hasta esa fecha sin cargos adicionales. Si tu plan fue activado manualmente, al tocar el botón se abrirá un correo a soporte@nathipetcare.com.
¿Puedo tener más de una cuenta? ▾
Cada email corresponde a una cuenta. Podés acceder con tu cuenta desde múltiples dispositivos sin problema.
¿La app funciona en iPhone? ▾
Sí, NathiPet Care funciona en cualquier navegador moderno. En iPhone, podés instalarla desde Safari usando la opción "Agregar a la pantalla de inicio".
¿Cómo cambio el idioma de la app? ▾
Entrá a la sección "Acerca de" (desde el menú) y seleccioná el idioma deseado. La app recordará tu preferencia.
¿Puedo registrar mascotas de otras especies? ▾
Sí. Además de perros y gatos, podés registrar aves, conejos y otras especies con la opción "Otro".
Is my data safe? ▾
Yes. All data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are stored encrypted, never in plain text. Communication between the app and the server uses HTTPS. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
What if I forgot my password? ▾
You can recover it from the login screen by clicking "Forgot your password?". You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
What if I don't receive the verification email? ▾
First check your spam or junk mail folder. If it's not there, try signing in with your email: when the unverified account notice appears, you'll see a "Resend verification email" button. Click it and you'll receive a new link valid for 24 hours. If you still don't receive it, contact us at soporte@nathipetcare.com.
Can I use the app without internet? ▾
The app requires a connection to sync data. However, when installed as a PWA, some screens may load from the browser cache.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription? ▾
You can cancel anytime from the "About" section → "Cancel subscription" button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep Premium access until that date with no additional charges. If your plan was manually activated, tapping the button will open an email to soporte@nathipetcare.com.
Can I have more than one account? ▾
Each email corresponds to one account. You can access your account from multiple devices without any issues.
Does the app work on iPhone? ▾
Yes, NathiPet Care works in any modern browser. On iPhone, you can install it from Safari using the "Add to Home Screen" option.
How do I change the app language? ▾
Go to the "About" section (from the menu) and select your preferred language. The app will remember your preference.
Can I register pets of other species? ▾
Yes. In addition to dogs and cats, you can register birds, rabbits and other species with the "Other" option.
